Returns Policy

Because our products are temperature- and handling-sensitive research materials, we accept returns only under the conditions below.

Damaged or incorrect orders

If your order arrives damaged, or you received the wrong item, email support@goldstarbiosciences.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We will replace the item or refund you in full.

Unopened products

Unopened products in original sealed packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the product price (shipping is non-refundable). Contact us first for a return authorization — unauthorized returns cannot be processed.

Opened products

For quality and safety reasons, opened or unsealed vials cannot be returned.

Refund timing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of us receiving the return.
