Ordering
Who is eligible to order?
Orders may only be placed by individuals 21 years of age or older, and all materials must be used solely for lawful laboratory research by qualified individuals. Placing an order certifies that both conditions are met.
Do I need an account?
Yes. An account is required to place an order so we can attach batch documentation and order history to your records. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure.
Can I change or cancel an order after placing it?
Contact us as quickly as possible. Orders are typically processed within 24 hours on business days, and once an order has been packed we may not be able to change it. Email support@goldstarbiosciences.com with your order number.
Shipping
What does shipping cost?
United States: $30 flat rate. International: $50 flat rate. Shipping is free on all orders of $200 or more.
How quickly do orders ship?
Orders are typically processed within 24 hours on business days. You will receive an email confirmation when your order is placed, and tracking once it leaves our U.S. facility.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. International customers are responsible for any customs duties or import requirements in their own jurisdiction.
How are temperature-sensitive materials packed?
Cold-chain and lyophilized materials are packed to maintain stability in transit. See Cold Chain & Storage for what to do on receipt.
Products & documentation
How is purity verified?
Every batch is independently assayed by third-party laboratories using HPLC with UV detection coupled to mass spectrometry, confirming identity and ≥99% purity.
Where do I find the certificate of analysis for my lot?
All current reports are on the Certificates of Analysis page, searchable by compound or lot number. If your lot is not listed, email us with the lot number from your vial.
What form do the materials arrive in?
Most reference standards ship as lyophilized powder in sealed vials. The exact strength and form for each item are listed in the specifications on its product page.
What does “research use only” mean?
All products sold on this site are laboratory research materials. They are not intended for human dosing, injection, or ingestion, and are not for veterinary use.
Returns & refunds
My order arrived damaged or incorrect.
Email support@goldstarbiosciences.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We will replace the item or refund you in full.
Can I return an unopened product?
Unopened products in original sealed packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the product price; shipping is non-refundable. Contact us first for a return authorization — unauthorized returns cannot be processed.
Can I return an opened vial?
No. For quality and safety reasons, opened or unsealed vials cannot be returned.
How long do refunds take?
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of us receiving the return.
